A business that no longer runs on one person
One service business owner I worked with had a business that relied almost entirely on them. Together we developed clearer systems for how information was organised and how work moved, so that both their team and AI agents could support the work.
They've since told me they no longer need to work as many hours, because the business runs well without everything depending on them. They still stay closely involved, because they enjoy it.
